原來被菲律賓拿來引用為太平島不是島而是礁的文章出自於台大法律系教授姜皇池之手。坦白講我本來還以為大家誤解他了，結果內文一點進去看，真不知道是菲律賓人還是台灣人寫的文章，這種毫無研究證據只是空口說白話的文章竟然就斷送了我國一個島，真是堪稱奇蹟。這篇是2015年4月2號刊登在Taipei Times的投書，菲律賓引用的時候還說這是台灣最好的大學裡面最知名的海洋法學者姜皇池:

【Itu Aba claim a distracting waste】(這下好了，真的沒有了，不浪費了，這位領我稅金賣我領土的教授高興了嗎?)
【若以資源來說，在太平島周邊八百公里之內沒有任何一艘台灣漁船】(被漁會打臉，在附近捕魚的魚獲一年超過二十億，結果你坐在辦公室把這些漁民都消滅了。)

【島上沒有石油和食物。以前曾有淡水，但在多年的過度抽取之後，甚麼水也沒了，淡水必須要從台灣運過來。除了陽光和空氣之外，所有的必需品都必須要由島外運來。】(幹，島上還種菜養羊，結果姜皇池沒去過調查就寫了幻想文說也沒水也沒羊也沒菜，文人幻想誤國莫此為甚!)
【There is no oil or food on the island. There used to be fresh water, but after decades of over-extraction there is nothing left and water must be imported from Taiwan. All necessities, except sunlight and air, have to be supplied from outside the island.】
最不要臉的就是寫了這篇文章之後被菲律賓引用，結果知道鬧大了之後先是說這應該不會對台灣有影響，這幾天忽然之間改變立場說甚麼仲裁只是一張廢紙，大家絕對不可以接受云云。連個基本的風骨都沒有，你要不要臉啊!
馬的當我們不識字，現在這傢伙還是台大法學院的副院長，之前還投書說日本的沖之鳥事件還對台灣各有利弊，這傢伙是不是書讀太多了忘記自己是哪個國家的人了?
